Regular Season Round 13: MZT Skopje - Spars 73-64

There was no surprise when 12th ranked Bosnian Spars (1-12) were defeated on the road by second ranked North Macedonian MZT Skopje (10-3) 73-64 on Wednesday. MZT Skopje made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Serbian Djordje Milosevic (199-93) fired 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Croatian Marin Mornar (205-93, college: Loyola Mary) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. Serbian-Bosnian forward Adin Vrabac (205-94) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and center Kenan Kamenjas (204-0) added 11 points and 10 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Defending North Macedonian champion maintains second place with 10-3 record having just two points less than leader Borac. Spars lost their third game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost. MZT Skopje will face Rogaska (#5) in Rogaska Slatina in the next round. Spars will play at home against the league's leader Borac (#1) and hope to win that game.
