Regular Season Round 13: Partizan NIS - Primorska 81-62

An interesting game for Serbian Partizan NIS (10-3) which hosted in Beograd 4th placed Slovenian Primorska (8-5). Third ranked Partizan NIS had an easy win 81-62. Partizan NIS made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Primorska turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Partizan NIS made 7 blocks. American forward Rashawn Thomas (203-94, college: Texas A&M-CC, agency: Wasserman) nailed 15 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side and Bosnian point guard Nemanja Gordic (193-88, agency: BeoBasket) accounted for 9 points. Partizan NIS's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending Slovenian champion Primorska keeps the fourth place with five games lost. They share the position with FMP. Partizan NIS will meet Mornar Bar (#7) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Primorska will play against Buducnost and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
