Regular Season Round 16: Novi Pazar - Dynamic VP 69-77

The most interesting game of round 16 was a derby match between two teams from Serbia. Ninth ranked Dynamic VP won against host Novi Pazar (6-10) 77-69. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Novi Pazar. 24 personal fouls committed by Novi Pazar helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Center Nikola Vujovic (210-93) fired 12 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Guard Miroslav Pasajlic (191-95) chipped in 12 points. Dynamic VP's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bosnian power forward Aleksandar Todorovic (206-87, agency: PEPI SPORT) produced 12 points and 9 rebounds and American guard Michael Mallory (185-94, college: S.Connecticut) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Novi Pazar players scored in double figures. Dynamic VP (7-9) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Lovcen. Novi Pazar at the other side keeps the tenth position with ten games lost. Dynamic VP is looking forward to face Lovcen (#8) in Cetinje in the next round. Novi Pazar will play at home against Rogaska and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
