The game in Beograd was also quite interesting. Fifth ranked Slovenian Cedevita Olimpija (11-7) played at the court of 7th ranked Serbian FMP (9-9). Cedevita Olimpija managed to secure a 5-point victory 105-100 on Saturday. Cedevita Olimpija dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to FMP's 34 and made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Cedevita Olimpija looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Jaka Blazic (196-90) scored 27 points and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Codi Miller-McIntyre (193-94, college: Wake Forest) chipped in 18 points and 11 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was Turkish swingman Okben Ulubay (200-97) with 26 points and Australian-South Sudanese forward Duop Reath (211-96, college: LSU) scored 20 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Cedevita Olimpija moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Mornar Bar and Primorska. FMP lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with nine games lost. Cedevita Olimpija will meet at home bottom-ranked KK Zadar (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. FMP will play against Primorska (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
