Regular Season Round 8: Podgorica - Rogaska 80-68

There was no surprise when 13th ranked Slovenian Rogaska (1-7) was defeated on the road by eleventh ranked Montenegrin Podgorica (3-5) 80-68 on Sunday. Podgorica made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. Podgorica outrebounded Rogaska 42-30 including 31 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Serbian forward Aleksandar Langovic (205-1, agency: BeoBasket) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points and 10 rebounds and Serbian Nikola Miskovic (207-99, agency: BeoBasket) who added 12 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Podgorica's coach used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Petar Vujacic (196-0) responded with 22 points and 4 steals and Croatian center Mladen Primorac (210-90, agency: PEPI SPORT) scored 15 points. Podgorica moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Lovcen. Rogaska lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth position with seven games lost. Podgorica will meet league's second-placed MZT Skopje on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Rogaska will play against Pelister (#12) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
