The game in Podgorica supposed to be also quite interesting. 7th ranked Serbian Mega BG (8-11) played at the court of eighth ranked Montenegrin SC Derby (8-11). SC Derby smashed Mega BG 83-62 on Thursday. SC Derby forced 20 Mega BG turnovers. The winners were led by Bosnian center Kenan Kamenjas (207-0, agency: BeoBasket) who scored that evening 15 points and 9 rebounds and Nikola Pavlicevic (192-88) supported him with 10 points and 7 assists. Four SC Derby players scored in double figures. Even 21 points and 6 rebounds by Croatian Matej Rudan (207-1, agency: BeoBasket) did not help to save the game for Mega BG. Forward Nikola Jovic (208-3, agency: BeoBasket) added 11 points for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. SC Derby maintains eighth position with 8-11 record, which they share with defeated Mega BG. Mega BG lost third consecutive game. SC Derby will meet at home higher ranked FMP BG (#5) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Mega BG will play against Igokea and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
