Regular Season Round 4: MZT Skopje - SC Derby 92-79

North Macedonian MZT Skopje can celebrate their first win this season after three consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Montenegrin SC Derby (1-3) 92-79 on Saturday. MZT Skopje looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Mike Caffey (183-1993, college: LBSU, agency: Players Group) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 7 assists and Serbian Strahinja Micovic (205-1992) who added 13 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Serbian forward Danilo Tasic (207-1993, agency: BeoBasket) responded with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and Bosnian-Croatian swingman Mateo Dreznjak (195-1999) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Defending North Macedonian champion left bottom position moving up to tenth place, which they share with defeated SC Derby. MZT Skopje will meet higher ranked Cedevita Ol. (#7) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. SC Derby will play against Mornar and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
