Regular Season Round 3: Osijek - Helios Suns 72-107

The game in Osijek supposed to be also worth to mention about. Slovenian Helios Suns (3-0) played at the court of Croatian Osijek (1-2). Helios Suns smashed Osijek 107-72. They outrebounded Osijek 37-21 including a 13-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for Croatian power forward Lovro Buljevic (211-1998) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds. American guard Austin Luke (191-1994, college: Belmont) helped adding 16 points and 4 assists. Helios Suns' coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was forward Veljko Budimir (198-1985) with 15 points and 5 rebounds and American guard Christian Bradford (185-1995, college: Radford, agency: BIG) scored 14 points and 6 assists. Five Helios Suns and four Osijek players scored in double figures. Helios Suns will play against Gorica (#11) in Velika Gorica in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Osijek will have a break next round.
