Regular Season Round 13: Partizan - Zadar 114-77

The game with biggest result difference took place in Beograd. Local Partizan (11-2) outscored 6th ranked Croatian Zadar (7-6) 114-77 on Monday night. Partizan dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Zadar's 34. They shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 56.5 percentage. Partizan looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Center Tristan Vukcevic (209-2003) stepped up and scored 25 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and guard Aleksa Avramovic (192-1994, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 16 points. At the losing side Luka Bozic (200-1996) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists and swingman Marko Ramljak (201-1993, agency: Interperformances) scored 11 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for Partizan. They moved-up to second place. Loser Zadar keeps the sixth position with six games lost. Partizan will meet at home Cibona (#7) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Zadar will play against SC Derby in Podgorica and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
