Regular Season Round 12: MZT Skopje - Zlatibor 85-90

An interesting game for SerbianZlatibor (10-2) which played road game in Skopje against 4th ranked North Macedonian MZT Skopje (8-4). Second ranked Zlatibor managed to get a 5-point victory 90-85 . It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of MZT Skopje. Zlatibor made 24-of-27 charity shots (88.9 percent) during the game. MZT Skopje was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Brano Djukanovic (196-1995) who helped to win the game recording 32 points (went 14 for 14 at the free throw line !!!) and Milos Glisic (205-1998) who added 10 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Zlatibor's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American point guard John Gillon (183-1994, college: Syracuse, agency: BIG) with 25 points and 9 assists and Bosnian forward Haris Delalic (203-1994, agency: PEPI SPORT) scored 21 points and 9 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Zlatibor keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Spartak. Defending North Macedonian champion MZT Skopje keeps the fourth place with four games lost. They share the position with Siroki and Podgorica.
