Slovakia - Romania 55-54
Slovakia topped Romania to gain the third straight win in Group D. Romania secured a 30-27 halftime advantage. They entered the fourth quarter up by four points. But Slovakia held their opponents to just 7 points in the final frame and snatched a tough win at the end. Ema Szmerekova (169-G-05) tossed in 15 points for Slovakia. Miky Panait (169-PG-05) accounted for 21 points in the loss.

Spain - Lithuania 108-30
Spain breezed past Lithuania for the fourth consecutive win in Group B. Spain registered a 58-10 halftime lead and cruised to the win after the big break. Awa Thiam (192-C-06) banked in 19 points, while Iyana Martin (172-PG-06) added 16 points for Spain. Sinitja Aukstikalnyte netted 10 points for Lithuania.

Portugal - Slovenia 53-72
Slovenia outscored Portugal to gain the fourth straight win in Group C. The hosts led throughout the first half in Matosinhos. Portugal ensured a 30-28 halftime lead. But Slovenia used a 25-14 run in the third term to spur ahead. Slovenia then went on a 19-9 rally in the fourth quarter to seal the win. Zoja Stirn (178-PG-05) had 23 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists, while Alina Zitek (181-PG-05) added 15 points for Slovenia. Matilde Pereira (173-G-05) and Ana Pinheiro (180-F-05) responded with 11 points each for Portugal.

France - Germany 77-51
France coasted past Germany for the fourth straight win in Group A. France secured a 43-23 halftime lead and cruised to the victory in the second half. Dominique Malonga (198-C-05) posted 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Tea Cleante (176-F/G-06) added 12 points in the victory. Lilly Ruse (169-PG-05) answered with 8 points for Germany.

Ireland - Switzerland 36-74
Switzerland stormed past Ireland for 2-1 record in Group D. Switzerland used a 24-5 run in the second term to take a 21-point halftime lead. They held Ireland to just 13 points in the second half and raced to the win. Sharline Hulliger (173-G-05) and Jade Krummenacher (169-G-05) provided 14 points each for the Swiss team. Rebecca Sexton (175-G/F-05) had 8 points for Ireland.

Malta - Albania 51-53
Albania nipped Malta to improve at 3-1 record in Group E. Malta led by two points at the big break. But Albania held their opponents to just 22 points in the second half and raced to the victory. Melida Hykaj (178-SF-05) tallied 22 points and 12 rebounds for Albania. Danika Galea (185-C-05) knocked down 11 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for Malta.

Serbia - Ukraine 59-51
Serbia held off Ukraine to climb at 3-1 record atop of Group B. Serbia managed just 2 points in the first period to trail by four. But they eventually improved offensively. Serbia sank 26 points in the second term to take a 28-21 halftime lead. Serbia followed with a 20-14 run in the fourth term to seal the win. Marija Avlijas (174-SG-05) was unstoppable with 35 points for Serbia. Kateryna Koval (193-C-06) replied with 21 points and 19 rebounds for Ukraine.

Russia - Poland 65-58
Russia defeated Poland in Matosinhos. The teams were tied at 31 after twenty minutes of action. Russia pulled ahead in the third term to take a 4-point lead. Russia sank 19 points in the fourth frame to race to the third victory. Olesia Galenko (178-F-06) notched 19 points for Russia. Dominika Ullmann (170-G-05) answered with 17 points for Poland.

Latvia - Greece 55-51
Latvia held off Greece to improve at 2-2 record in Group A. Greece enjoyed a 19-13 lead ten minutes into the game. But Latvia responded with a 29-18 rally in the next two quarters to gain a 5-point lead. They held on to the lead in the fourth period. Zozefine Sipolina (169-G-05) netted 13 points, while Elina Briede (167-G-05) added 11 points for the Baltic team. Sofia Stamataki (180-G-05) responded with 16 points for Greece.

Luxembourg - Israel 40-66
Israel knocked down Luxembourg to stay undefeated in Piestany. Israel recorded a 36-13 halftime lead. They went on a 15-9 run in the fourth frame to run to the victory. Yali Levy (05) posted 17 points, while Romi Elbaz (05) added 16 points for the winners. Faith Etute (183-F-05) replied with 15 points and 20 rebounds for Luxembourg.

North Macedonia - Armenia 92-22
North Macedonia coasted past Armenia in Group E action. North Macedonia built a 35-8 halftime lead. They drained 57 points in the second half to cruise to the victory. Mihaela Aleksovska (175-G/F-05) notched 25 points for North Macedonia. Seda Gabrielyan (167-G-07) replied with 9 points and 11 rebounds for Armenia.

Hungary - Croatia 79-50
Hungary outgunned Croatia behind 17 points from Petra Toman (185-SG-05). Hungary secured a comfortable 44-24 halftime advantage. They kept Croatia at bay throughout the second half and marched to the win. Patricia Kokai (06) had 16 points for Hungary. Lucija Banovic (183-SF-05) had 15 points and 12 rebounds for Croatia.

Czech Republic - Belgium 53-76
Belgium rallied past Czech Republic for 2-2 record in Group C. Belgium secured a 29-20 halftime lead. They dropped 27 points in the third term to take a decisive lead. Louann Battiston (05) provided 25 points for the winners. Karolina Petlanova (184-G-05) netted 10 points for Czech Republic.

Finland - Bulgaria 61-64
Bulgaria nipped Finland for the second win in Helsinki. Bulgaria grabbed a 37-33 halftime lead. Finland pulled within 3 points at the final intermission. Bulgaria however hung on throughout the fourth frame and secured a narrow win at the end. Yana Karamfilova (175-F-05) delivered 16 points for Bulgaria. Elina Aarnisalo (176-G-05) responded with 27 points for Finland.
