Regular Season Round 6: Zadar - Etha 81-67

Zadar heads to the next phase of the EuroChallenge after the final victory over ETHA Encomi. The Croatian side needed 81:67 to finish second in the group with 3-3 record. ETHA finished last with 2-4 record. An easy start allowed the hosts to taste 7-0 run and then Marko Car made it 14:2. The hosts were too good in the opening frame and Ivanov closed the period at 28:10. The tempo continued to grow as BC Zadar fully dominated the court. Bilan made it 43:23, while Marko Car sent the teams to the lockers at 50:31. ETHA Encomi however woke up in the third frame and looked great in the court. A 21-9 allowed them to reduce to 59:52 after 30 minutes. Vladovic and Johnson exchanged the early baskets in the fourth period and Anthony King scored for 67:60. Zadar stayed tough and led the game to the win. Vlaic drove the last lay-up for the final result in the game. Marko Car top-scored for the winners with 22 points and Marcinkovic poured in 15. Batur and Ivanov followed them with 10 points each. King ended up with 25 points in the losing case and Johnson notched 12.
