Anwil Wloclawek clinched FIBA Europe Cup title. They snatched a narrow road win over Cholet in France tonight to complete the sweep of the championship series. The guests trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 43-36 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Americans were the main players on the court. Power forward Malik Williams (211-1998, college: Louisville) scored 16 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Victor Sanders (196-1995, college: Idaho) chipped in 20 points during the contest. Phil Greene finished wtih 11 points and was named the Finals MVP. Anwil's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Forward Perry Ellis (203-1993, college: Kansas) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds and guard Dominic Artis (188-1993, college: UTEP, agency: Pensack Sports) scored 23 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
