Bahcesehir College lift the trophy-Apr 27, 2022
Bahcesehir - Reggio Emilia 90-74

Bahcesehir claimed Fiba Europe Cup title. They overcame Reggio Emilia in the return leg of the championship series to complete the sweep. The game was mostly controlled by Acibadem. Reggio Emilia managed to win second period 21-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 24 personal fouls committed by Reggio Emilia helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American guard Jamar Smith (191-1987, college: S.Indiana, agency: Inception Sports) scored 17 points and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import center Tarik Black (206-1991, college: Kansas) chipped in 12 points during the contest. Four Acibadem players scored in double figures. Acibadem's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Latvian Arturs Strautins (198-1998) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds and Puerto Rican-American guard Stephen Thompson Jr (194-1997, college: Oregon St.) scored 19 points.
