Regular Season Round 1: U.Mobitel.CN - Chalon 81-85

Chalon registered the first victory in the EuroChallenge regular season. They overcame Mobitelco on the road in Group C. Malcolm Delaney erupted for 33 points to lead the winners. The teams looked evenly matched in the opening frame. They were tied at 17 after ten minutes of action. CSU Mobitelco managed to pull in front in the second frame. They earned a narrow 42:37 halftime advantage. Chalon however bounced back in the third period. The French team narrowed the deficit and entered the fourth frame down by just two points 59:61. Blake Schilb put Chalon in front early in the fourth quarter. Malcolm Delaney and Lang gave the visitors a 76:69 advantage with under four minutes to go. Mihai Silvasan and Kyndall Dykes dragged the hosts within two points 83:81 but Malcolm Delaney went deadly from the stripe and sealed the victory for Chalon. Blake Schilb delivered 17 points, while Alade Aminu added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the victory. Kyndall Dykes responded with 23 points for CSU Mobitelco. Mihai Silvasan had 19 points in the loss.
