Regular Season Round 5: Triumph - Etha 60-68

Etha shock Triumph in Lyubertsy for 3-2 record in Group F. Russian Triumph Lyubertsy suffered their first loss after 60:68 defeat. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Triumph Lyubertsy. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in Group F. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 18-13. But Triumph Lyubertsy won second period 12-11. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Etha forced 20 Triumph Lyubertsy turnovers. Darryl Watkins stepped up and scored 22 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import point guard Ken Tutt chipped in 10 points and 10 rebounds. Davon Jefferson responded with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Artem Kuzyakin scored 13 points. Etha are looking forward to face Okapi Aalstar on the road in the last round, which may be the game of the day. Triumph Lyubertsy will play against Olin Edirne and is hoping to win this game.
