Ventspils grabs 4-1 record after the road win in Hungary. The Baltic State overcame Atomeromu 79:78 on Tuesday. The guests trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 29-26 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Steven Gray stepped up and scored 26 points for the winners and center Arturs Berzins chipped in 21 points and 8 rebounds. American guard Lorenzo Williams responded with 27 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and swingman David Vojvoda scored 14 points. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Ventspils. They maintain first place in Group D with 4-1 record. Atomeromu lost their fourth game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with four games lost. Ventspils will face BC Nizhny Novgorod on the road in the last round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Atomeromu will play against Khimik in Yuzhny.
