Stimac erupted for Olin Edirne’s win over Aalstar as his Turkish team won 92:86 on Wednesday. They improved to 1-4 record in EuroChallenge due to his 35 points. Okapi Aalstar was trailing by 5 points at halftime but managed to get 4-point lead after three quarters before a 29-19 charge of Olin Edirne, which allowed them to win the game. They made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Serbian center Vladimir Stimac stepped up and scored 35 points and 9 rebounds (on 13-of-16 shooting from the field) for the winners and Filip Videnov chipped in 19 points. Christopher Copeland responded with 29 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists and the other Stefon Jackson produced a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Olin Edirne maintains fourth place in Group F with 1-4 record. Loser Okapi Aalstar keeps the third position with three games lost. Olin Edirne will face league's leader Triumph Lyubertsy in Lubertsy in the last round. Okapi Aalstar will play at home against the league's second-placed Etha in Nicosia.
