Aalstar opened EuroChallenge Round 5 with the win over Szolnoki. The Belgian team overcame the Hungarian representative 86:84 in the only game on February 7th. The rest of the games are scheduled for February 21st. Szolnoki Olaj scored the first four points of the game but lost the period 24:18. The hosts even improved to 10 points, but led 46:41 at the halftime. Gay later tied the game at 60:60 and Julien Mills brought the lead at 62:60 for the guests.
