Regular Season Round 5: Apollon - Tsmoki-Minsk 72-81

Tsmoki-Minsk win the dramatic game in Cyprus. The teams exchanged the rallies in the second half, while the guests were more confident about their run and sealed an 81:72 victory. The team from Belarus improved to 3-2 record with one game remaining. Both teams scored 14 points in the first period and then Tsmoki-Minsk needed some threes for 36:33 halftime advantage. When Korshuk increased to 59:50 is seemed that Minsk would win the game. Brandon Brown however closed the quarter at 53:59 and then Kapelan closed a massive run at 65:59. Tsmoki-Minsk meanwhile replied with an 11-0 run and took 70:65 with 4 minutes to go. Apollon had no chance to catch up with the guests and allowed them to steal a 9-point win. Kudrautsau top-scored for the winners with 19 points and Korshuk posted 16. Ja Juan Smith delivered 15, while Lashkevich and Trastsinetski had 11 each. Brandon Brown answered with 17 points and 11 rebounds in defeat, whilst Gerald Robinson and Dorde Lelic posted 13 apiece. Kapelan followed them with 11 points in a loss.
