Top 16 Round 5: Tofas - Norrkoping 76-70

Tofas keeps the chances alive for the Quarterfinals of the EuroChallenge. The Turkish side overcame Norrkoping 76:70 for 2-3 record in Group K. The Swedish team dropped at 1-4 record. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 19-14. But Norrkoping Dolphins won second period 15-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tomislav Ruzic nailed 19 points for the winning side and Chinemelu Elonu accounted for 12 points and 10 rebounds. Christian Maraker came up with 22 points and Joakim Kjellbom added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Norrkoping Dolphins in the defeat. Jeromanovs and Lindquist followed them with 9 points apiece. In the last round Khimik will host Norrkoping in Ukraine, while Krasnie Krilya will take on Tofas.
