Zepter Vienna pip TU/Rock in the capital of Austria for the initial win at EuroChallenge. The Austrian team won 82:74 and improved to 1-1 record. TU/Rock meanwhile fell at 0-2 record. TU/Rock trailed by 11 points at halftime and as many as 14 after three quarters before a 23-17 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 74-82 at the end of the game. Nenad Sulovic orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 6 rebounds. Nikola Pavlicevic contributed with 18 points for the winners. Vincent Simpson replied with 16 points and 7 assists and Janar Talts added 14 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for TU/Rock. Zepter Vienna will face Ventspils at home in the next round.
