Regular Season Round 5: Zepter Vienna - Sodertalje 73-76

Sodertalje upset Zepter in Vienna at the end of the fourth Round of the EuroChallenge. The Swedish team won 76:73 and improved to 2-2 record. The Australian squad meanwhile dropped at 1-3 record. Both teams started well and only at the end of the first period Zepter Vienna grabbed 19:18 lead. As both teams scored 20 points each in the second frame, the board showed 39:38 at the halftime. The third and the last stanzas were similar at the court and brought the same 19-17 rallies for the guests. Mantas Griskenas nailed 16 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and John Roberson accounted for 17 points and 5 assists. Nikola Pavlicevic came up with 19 points and Predrag Miletic added 18 points respectively for Zepter Vienna in the defeat. Sodertalje Kings' next round opponent will be Ventspils at home, while Zepter Vienna will play against TU/Rock in Tartu.
