Cholet breezed past Bakken Bears to clinch EuroChallenge Group G top position. Terrell Stoglin nailed 17 points to pace the French side. Bakken Bears slipped at 3-3 record but qualified for the next stage from the second position in the ladder. Cholet notched 25 points in the opening frame and accumulated a 5-point lead after ten minutes. Cholet notched 28 points in the second term. The hosts piled up a 53:37 halftime advantage. Bakken Bears scored just 10 points in the third term and faced a massive 19-point deficit heading into the fourth frame. Cholet held on to the advantage and marched to the victory at the end. Lamayn Wilson netted 12 points and grabbed 9 rebounds, while Eric Chatfield tossed in 11 points for the hosts. Brandon Penn responded with 16 points for Bakken Bears. Thomas Laerke dropped 14 points in the defeat.
