Undefeated French ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket (4-1) recorded its first loss in Jemappes on Tuesday night. Visitors were defeated by second ranked Belgian Belfius Mons-Hainaut (3-2) 89-81. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in Group A. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket was trailing by 6 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 33-22 charge of Belfius Mons-Hainaut, which allowed them to win the game.
