Turk Telekom used a home court advantage and outscored the opponent from Wroclaw 96-68 on Wednesday night. The game without a history. Turk Telekom led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Slask's 30 and made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. American guard Michael Jenkins (193-86, college: Winthrop) fired 19 points for the winners. His fellow American import forward Eric Buckner (208-90, college: Georgia St., agency: David Lee services) chipped in 19 points. Turk Telekom's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Point guard Norbert Kulon (187-92) produced 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and American power forward Jarvis Williams (203-93, college: Murray St.) added 16 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Turk Telekom and five Slask players scored in double figures. Turk Telekom will face Boras Basket (#4) on the road in the next round. Slask will play against Oostende and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
