1/8 Finals Round 1: Turk Telekom - Enisey 95-96

Enisey snatched a road win over Turk Telekom in the opener. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 24-21. But Turk Telekom won second period 22-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Enisey made 17-of-19 charity shots (89.5 percent) during the game. Turk Telekom was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman David Kennedy (198-89, college: St.John's) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 7 rebounds. American-Guyanese forward Delroy James (203-87, college: Rhode Island) contributed with 13 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American guard Manny Harris (196-89, college: Michigan) answered with 27 points and American-Georgian point guard Ben Woodside (180-85, college: N.Dakota St., agency: Priority Sports) added 18 points and 4 assists in the effort for Turk Telekom. Five Enisey and four Turk Telekom players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
