We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when one of their biggest challengers Romanian UBT Cluj Napoca (2-4) lost on the road to fourth ranked Czech BK Pardubice (2-4) 74-65 on Wednesday. The hosts trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 41-26 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. BK Pardubice forced 20 UBT Cluj Napoca turnovers and outrebounded them 53-42 including a 23-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. BK Pardubice looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a good game for American forward Dominez Burnett (196-92, college: Davenport) who led his team to a victory with 12 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. The other American import guard Lamb Autrey (191-89, college: St.Mary's, TX, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. BK Pardubice's coach used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Vlad Moldoveanu (206-88, college: American) replied with 17 points and Hungarian-Romanian power forward Roland Torok (203-90, agency: HMS) added 7 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for UBT Cluj Napoca. BK Pardubice maintains fourth position in Group O with 2-4 record.
