Oostende needed overtime to overcome the 12-point deficit from the opening leg and advance into semifinal stage. The game was mostly controlled by Oostende. Enisey was better in third quarter 18-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening, at least not yet. The game turned upside-down in the last quarter, where Enisey used huge pressure winning it 18-19 getting a tie at the end of regular time. They lost eventually overtime period 7-11. Oostende dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Enisey's 42. American guard Corey Walden (188-92, college: E.Kentucky) notched 25 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and Serbian guard Dusan Djordjevic (193-83, agency: BeoBasket) supported him with 16 points and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 17 points and 15 rebounds by U.S. Virgin Islands-Guyanese center Frank Elegar (208-86, college: Drexel) did not help to save the game for Enisey. American swingman Anthony Hilliard (193-86, college: Elizabeth City) added 20 points for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
