Qualifying Round Round 2: Kormend - Boras 85-72

Kormend held off Boras to sweep the series. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 12-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 85-72. Kormend made 16-of-18 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Kormend especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. The best player for the winners was American guard Andre Hollins (186-92, college: Minnesota, agency: 3Eye) who scored 15 points and 6 assists. The other American import guard Eric Fanning (196-92, college: Boston U.) chipped in 12 points. Point guard Andreas Person (190-91) produced 18 points and American forward Brett Bisping (203, college: Siena, agency: Duran International) added 13 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
