Uros Trifunovic

Tofas Bursa (BSL) signed 23-year old Serbian international forward Uros Trifunovic (200cm-2000) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Trifunovic has played for the last five years at Partizan in Serbian KLS league. He managed to play in three leagues last year. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In four KLS games he recorded 11.5ppg, 5.3rpg and 1.0apg. Trifunovic helped them to make it to the Radivoj Korac (Serbian Cup) final. He also played 19 games in Euroleague where he averaged just 2.8ppg and 1.5rpg. And finally he contributed to 19 games in ABA League where he got 5.9ppg and 2.7rpg.
Trifunovic has been also a member of Serbian international program for some years. He has regularly played for Serbian senior team since 2020 and previously for U19 National Team back in 2019.
Trifunovic represented Serbia at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) U18 in Latvia six years ago. His team won Gold but his stats at that event were not that impressive as he did not score anything.
He has played also professionally for other Serbian teams like KK Mladost MaxBet Zemun, BC Mega MIS Beograd and BC Mega Soccerbet Sremska Mitrovica U19 team.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Serbian League Play-Off Honorable Mention back in 2021.
