Regular Season Round 3: Angelico BI - Le Mans 82-64

We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when Italian Angelico Biella (2-1) beat at home French Le Mans (2-1) 82-64 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Angelico Biella. Le Mans was better in third quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great evening for power forward Luca Infante (204-82) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds. American-Danish guard Alan Voskuil (191-86, college: Texas Tech) helped adding 25 points and 5 steals. Angelico Biella's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was point guard Antoine Eito (186-88) with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and Polish Michal Ignerski (207-80, college: Mississippi St.) scored 15 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Angelico Biella will face KTP-Basket in Kotka in the next round. Le Mans will play on the road against Antwerp Giants and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
