We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when second-best Lithuanian Siauliai (3-3) was edged at home by third ranked Turkish Usak (3-3) 78-75 on Tuesday. Siauliai was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. American guard Courtney Fells (196-86, college: N.Carolina St.) scored 18 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import forward Justin Carter (193-87, college: Creighton) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Usak's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was guard Vytautas Sulskis (200-88, college: Youngstown St.) with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and American point guard Jonathan Lee (188-90, college: Northeastern, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) scored 11 points. Five Siauliai players scored in double figures. Usak moved-up to second place in Group H, which they share with defeated Siauliai.
