Kazakhstan Astana smashed Romanian CS Energia Rovinari Targu Jiu at home 113-89. The game without a history. Astana led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 65.6 percent from the field and made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Astana shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by CS Energia Rovinari Targu Jiu's players. CS Energia Rovinari Targu Jiu was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch.
