The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Olympiacos B (5-2) in Patra on Wednesday night. Visitors were defeated by Apollon P. (5-2) 70-63. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Olympiacos B. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Apollon P. made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Olympiacos B 43-29 including 32 on the defensive glass. 25 personal fouls committed by Olympiacos B helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of center Georgios Diamantakos (215-95, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds. Fotios Zoumpos (194-93) contributed with 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Guard Alexandros Nikolaidis (190-2) answered with 19 points and 5 assists for Olympiacos B. Konstantinos Kampouridis helped adding 14 points and 7 rebounds. At the losing side power forward Panagiotis Koukounias (201-88) responded with 20 points and 9 rebounds. Panerythraikos moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Karditsas. Amyntas D. at the other side keeps the eighth position with six games lost.

No shocking result in a game when third ranked Eleftheroupoli (5-2) beat on the road 5th ranked Karditsas (3-4) 65-55 on Wednesday. It was an exceptional evening for power forward Andreas Tsoumanis (202-1) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. Power forward Stelios Halaris (207-93) accounted for 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Four Eleftheroupoli players scored in double figures. Eleftheroupoli's coach Kyriakos Papadopoulos used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Olympiacos B secured A1 promotion. They beat Marousi in the playoffs Finals to sweep the series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 29-23. But Marousi won second period 21-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Olympiacos B won last quarter 27-23.
