Slovenia - Lithuania 62-45 Slovenia celebrated Division B title in Podgorica. They rallied past Lithuania in the Final tonight. Alma Potocnik (173-PG-97) produced 23 points and 9 rebounds for the champions. Lithuania got to a confident start. They held Slovenia to just 6 points in the opening frame to take a 6-point lead. Slovenia though picked up the tempo in the second term. They got within 4 points at halftime 20:24. Slovenia went on an 18:9 run in the third term to secure a 5-point lead at the final intermission. They ignited a 24:12 surge in the fourth term and secured the winning outcome at the end. Annamaria Prezelj tossed in 16 points for Slovenia. Daugile Sarauskaite (196-C-96) responded with 13 points and 13 rebounds for Lithuania. Agne Cerneckyte (175-SG-96) finished with 9 points in the defeat.

Hungary - Czech Republic 50-49 Hungary earned the Bronze medals in Podgorica. They nipped Czech Republic on the final day of the tournament to step onto the pedestal. Debora Dubei (181-SF-97) posted 19 points to lead the winners. Czech Republic enjoyed a 25:22 halftime lead. Hungary pulled within two points at the final intermission. Hungary then went on a 14:11 run in the fourth quarter to snatch victory. Dorottya Nagy (180-PF-97) had 7 points for the winning side. United Kingdom - Montenegro 63-46 Great Britain claimed the fifth place in Podgorica. They finished their campaign beating Montenegro. Savannah Wilkinson (178-F-98) posted 15 points to pace the winners. Montenegro earned a 17:10 lead after ten minutes. But Great Britain surged ahead in the second term. They secured a 27:26 halftime lead. Great Britain went on a 19:7 rally in the third term to extend the margin. Great Britain maintained the lead throughout the fourth term and marched to the win. Romania enjoyed a 26:24 halftime lead. Croatia spurred ahead in the third term. They grabbed a 5-point lead heading into the fourth quarter. Hungary - Slovenia 56-66 Slovenia beat Hungary in the first semifinal clash in Podgorica.
