FINALTurkey - Montenegro 56-98Montenegro came out victorious in Skopje. They coasted past Turkey to win Division B title. The Balkan team dominated from start to finish in the Final. They grabbed a comfortable 51-24 halftime lead. Montenegro unloaded 47 points in the second half and eased to the victory. Jovana Savkovic (173-SG-2005) delivered 17 points, while Marija Lekovic (170-PG-2003) had 15 points for the winners. Rana Ucar (172-SF-2002) replied with 13 points for Turkey. 3-4 PlaceSlovenia - Israel 64-82Israel clinched the Bronze in Skopje as they overcame Slovenia in the consolation final. Israel therefore clinched Division B promotion. They outscored Slovenia in each of four quarters. Israel posted a 40-32 halftime lead. They added 42 points in the second half to ease to the win. Yarden Garzon (186-G-2003) tallied 25 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists for Israel. Tara Pulevic (170-SG-2003) answered with 17 points for Slovenia. 5-6 PlaceGermany - Greece 49-74Greece earned the fifth position at the tournament as they overcame Germany. Danai Papadopoulou (193-C-2003) came up with 20 points to pace the Hellenes. Greece piled up a 48-29 halftime lead. They went on an 18-6 run in the fourth term to seal the win. Sarah Polleros (185-PF-2002) chipped in 9 points for Germany. 7-8 PlaceNorth Macedonia - Norway 45-77Norway defeated North Macedonia to finish 7th in Skopje. They opened a 39-26 halftime lead. They ignited a 24-8 run in the fourth frame to seal a comfortable victory. Karyn Sanford (176-G-2003) tossed in 26 points for Norway. Teona Pop-Stojanova (190-C-2002) had 8 points and 10 rebounds for North Macedonia. 9-10 PlaceSwitzerland - Romania 79-52Switzerland cruised past Romania to wrap up their Skopje campaign. The Swiss team opened a 27-6 lead after ten minutes. They poured in 36 points in the second half and rallied to the victory. Emma Chardon (188-F-2002) tossed in 21 points, while Viktoria Ranisavljevic (164-G-2005) added 15 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists for Switzerland. Rebecca Lipovan (170-G-2002) tossed in 20 points for Romania. 11-12 PlaceUkraine - Iceland 72-55Ukraine overcame Iceland to earn the 11th position in the championship. The teams traded baskets throughout the first half as Iceland eked out a 34-33 halftime lead. But Ukraine stiffened defensively in the second half and snatched a narrow win at the end. Daria Dubniuk (175-G-2002) finished with 16 points, while Anastasiia Kucheronok (175-F-2002, agency: BIG) added 12 points in the win. Tinna Alexandersdottir (176-G-2003) replied with 19 points for Iceland. 13-14 PlaceAlbania - Slovakia 56-78Slovakia rallied past Albania to earn the 13th position. Slovakia opened a 46-26 halftime lead. They extended the lead to 24 points at the final break and cruised to the victory. Simona Neuschlova (180-SG-2003) posted 17 points and 8 assists for Slovakia. Ornela Muca (170-G-2002) netted game-high 28 points for Albania. 15-16 PlaceArmenia - Kosovo 64-70Kosovo outgunned Armenia for the 15th-place finish in Skopje. Kosovo led by just one point at halftime 39-38. They held Armenia to only 26 points in the second half to race to the win. Agnesa Rrahmani (175-PG-2002) delivered 31 points and 7 rebounds, while Diellza Dekaj (178-F-2002) added 14 points and 11 rebounds for Kosovo. Lusine Titanyan (168-G/F-2003) had 15 points and 10 rebounds for Armenia. 17-18 PlaceGeorgia - Croatia 45-74Croatia stormed past Georgia to finish 17th in Skopje. Croatia dominated throughout the bigger part of the game. They established a 40-19 halftime lead. They followed with a 21-9 run in the fourth term to seal the victory. Nika Kurdija (175-G-2003) tallied 16 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists for Croatia. Tamar Papuashvili (180-PF-2003) answered with 10 points for Georgia.
