Beroe grabbed a 23-20 lead after the first period and added a 16014 rally in the second frame. The third period was decisive in the game as Beroe needed a 23-10 surge to seal the victory. Moreover they added a 25-21 rally in the second frame for a 55-39 halftime advantage. Rilski however erupted with a 28-15 surge in the third quarter, but could not win the game. Lukoil needed a final 23-18 run in the last stanza for the trophy. Danny Gibson (177-PG-84, college: S.Indiana) top-scored for the winners with 21 points and Sasa Zagorac (206-F/C-84) netted 18. Kelvin Parker (184-PG-82, college: NW Missouri St.) ended up with 26 points in the losing effort and Yordan Bozov (191-G-79) posted 23.
