Novosybirsk clinch Superleague title - May 12, 2015

Novosybirsk claimed the Superleague title. They swept the championship series versus Spartak-Primorie. Novosybirsk completed the sweep with a 65:64 road win in Game 3. Konstantin Pomogalov (197-F-93) converted a late bucket to seal the victory for the visitors. Ionov scored 14 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in the win.
Spartak-Primorie earned a 19:15 lead after ten minutes. Novosybirsk narrowed the gap at one-point mark at the interval 29:28. The visitors denied the deficit in the third term. They surged ahead for a 48:44 advantage at the final break. Spartak-Primorie evened things up at 63 late in regulation but Konstantin Pomogalov sank a decisive jumper and iced the win for Novosybirsk. Sergey Tokarev (190-G-85) chopped in 11 points for the champions. Ilya Popov (208-C-95, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) answered with 21 points for Spartak-Primorie. Gleb Gerasimenko (182-PG-88) had 10 points in the loss.

Novosybirsk - Dynamo Moscow 81:78

Novosybirsk earned the Russian Cup title. They held off Dynamo Moscow at home court in the Final today. Sergey Tokarev (190-G-85) stepped up with 22 points, 5 boards and 5 assists for the hosts.
Dynamo secured a confident start. The Moscow team jumped to a 22:15 lead after the opening quarter. They maintained the lead throughout the second period. Dynamo built a 41:36 halftime advantage. The visitors stayed in front throughout the third quarter. Dynamo entered the final stanza up by 5 points 61:55. However Novosybirsk used a 7:0 run midway through the fourth term to pull ahead. The teams went neck and neck late in regulation but accurate free throws from Sergey Tokarev and Igor Smygin (197-F/G-87, agency: Alti Sport) helped Novosybirsk to ice the win. Igor Smygin produced 20 points and 11 rebounds, while Pavel Podkolzin (226-C-85) added 13 points in the win. Denis Zakharov (193-PG-93, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) and Alexander Fomin (206-F-86, agency: Alti Sport) responded with 16 points each for Dynamo.
Spartak-Primorie earned the third position as they beat Krasnie Krylia 88:84 in the consolation final. Konstantyn Glazyrin (202-F-88) stepped up with 17 points for the winners.
