LEB Silver Finals, Game 5: Mallorca - Andorra 67-66 (3-2)

Mallorca handed 67-66 loss to Andorra tonight winning the LEB Silver Playoffs. It was a decisive Game Five of the Finals and Mallorca made it in thriller. It means that Mallorca will compete in LEB Gold next season.
The hosts trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 14-11 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was the former international center Ismael Torres (202-C-79) who scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. point guard Joan Carles Bivia (185-85) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. Four Basquet Mallorca players scored in double figures. Power forward Andreu Matali (204-81) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and American power forward Robert Johnson (203-81, college: Oregon) added 11 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests.
Mallorca was No.2 in regular season with 22-6 record. They eliminated Avila in the Quarterfinals and ADT Tarragona in the Semis. The regular season champion Clavijo also won the promotion to LEB Gold 2011/12.
