Swedish Federation have decided to take all the necessary safety actions regarding the spread of COVID-19 virus in the country. World Health Organization have declared an outbreak a world-wide pandemic. The Board have decided to end the 2019/20 and crown current regular season leaders, Boras with 28-5 record as the champions of the season.

Lulea are 2019/20 Cup Champions in Sweden and will represent the country at the FIBA Europe Cup. In the Final game they edged Sodertalje Kings 84-77. Both teams stayed close to each other in the first half as Lulea had 2-point lead after 20 minutes. They pushed the tempo in the third period and ensured the lead with a 19-11 run. Sodertalje Kings closed the game with a 26-23 rally, but could not catch up with the opponents. Brandon Rozzell (188-G-89, college: VCU) was named MVP of the Final Four as he nailed 27 points. Denzel Andersson (203-F-96) made it in All Star Five with 13 points, whilst Quinton Upshur (196-G-93, college: NAU) scored 11. Charles Callison (185-PG-95, college: WSU) posted 16 in a loss and Jonathan Person (190-PG-93, agency: Interperformances) delivered 15.
