Slask Wroclaw earned 1Liga title. They overcame MOSiR Krosno in the fourth game of the Finals to clinch 3-1 victory in the series. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But MOSiR Krosno won third quarter 14-10. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Slask Wroclaw dominated on the defensive end, holding MOSiR Krosno to just 6 points in fourth quarter. They made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded MOSiR Krosno 39-25 including 26 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a quality performance of forward Lukasz Diduszko (197-86) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 7 rebounds and the former international forward Radoslaw Hyzy (203-77) who added 6 points and 14 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side forward Andrzej Misiewicz (201-84, college: Daytona Beach CC) responded with 10 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Kamil Laczynski (180-89) scored 14 points and 4 assists. PBS Bank Mosir Krosno celebrated the title at the Intermarche Basket Cup. They knocked down AZS Kutno in the Final tonight. Marcin Salamonik (202-F-83) scored 21 points to pace the winners. Dariusz Oczkowicz (183-PG-81) finished with 11 points and was named the MVP of the tournament. PBS Basket grabbed the lead early in the game. They secured a 26:16 advantage after ten minutes. AZS Kutno cut the deficit in the second frame. They got within 5 points at halftime 36:41. Mosir Krosno were back in charge in the third term. They went on a 29:16 rally to enter the final period up by 18 points. AZS Kutno dropped 20 points in the final quarter but could not avoid the defeat at the end. Wojciech Pisarczyk (201-F-88) delivered 16 points and 6 boards for the winners. Jakub Dluski (200-F-87) answered with 22 points for AZS Kutno. Mateusz Szwed (197-C-91) chipped in 15 points in the loss.
