Fastweb Casale are LegaDue champions. They prevailed against Umana Reyer in the decisive fifth game of the championship series. Matteo Malaventura (196-G-78) stepped up with 22 points to pace the winners.
Fastweb Casale and Umana Reyer stayed close throughout the opening frame. The hosts eked out a 21:19 lead after ten minutes of action. Umana Reyer bounced back in the second term. The visitors pulled in front to ensure a 35:32 halftime lead. But things changed after the big break. Fastweb Casale took over as Ricky Hickman (190-G-85, college: NC-Greensboro) and Matteo Malaventura helped the home side to a 60:52 lead at the final break. Fastweb Casale stretched the lead to 13 points midway through the fourth quarter. But it was not over just yet. Umana Reyer went on a desperate rescue rally to trim the deficit at two points late in regulation. But Ricky Hickman, Donell Taylor (198-G-82, college: UAB) and Matteo Malaventura went deadly from the charity stripe in the dying seconds and sealed the victory for the hosts. Ricky Hickman accounted for 21 points, while Donell Taylor and Simone Pierich (198-F-81) added 12 points apiece for Fastweb Casale. Tamar Slay (204-F-80, college: Marshall) responded with 20 points for Umana Reyer. Marco Allegretti (204-F-81) netted 17 points in the loss.

Prima Veroli triumphed in LegaDue Final Four. They knocked down Aget Imola in the title game tonight. Jarrius Jackson (188-G-85, college: Texas Tech) fired 27 points to lead the winners.
Prima Veroli made a huge step towards victory in the starting quarter. They outscored Aget Imola 21:8 for a comfortable lead at the first break. Prima Veroli maintained their advantage in the second quarter. They registered a 17-point halftime buffer at halftime 44:27. However Aget Imola changed the complexion of the game in the second half. Davide Davide Bruttini (203-F-87) was the catalyst for Imola comeback rally. They narrowed the gap to only 8 points with one quarter remaining. Prima Veroli needed some lucky shots to retain the lead in the fourth quarter. Veroli opened a double-digit once again in the final term and cruised to the victory at the end. Guido Rosselli (196-G-83) and James Penn (178-G-77, college: Ohio St.) knocked down 13 points each for Prima Veroli. Davide Bruttini answered with 20 points for Aget Imola. Trent Whiting (185-G-76, college: BYU) had 17 points in defeat.
