Pistoia struggled to match the visitors tempo. Enel Brindisi stretched the gap to 15 points at the interval 50:35. The visitors stayed in front throughout the third term. They ensured a 66:60 lead with one quarter remaining. Enel Brindisi were up by 10 points with under three minutes remaining. But Pistoia refused to surrender. They went on a 9:0 run to narrow the deficit to a single point. Jonathan Gibson and Klaudio Ndoja (200-G/F-85) had to go perfect from the stripe in the dying seconds to secure the winning outcome for Enel Brindisi. Jimmy Hunter (197-G-77, college: Life) stepped up with 19 points and 7 rebounds to pace the winners. Enel Brindisi jumped to an early lead. They grabbed a 27:14 advantage after ten minutes of action. Enel Brindisi maintained the lead throughout the second frame. They arrived at halftime up by 8 points 39:31. Fileni Jesi struggled to get any closer throughout the third term. They faced a 9-point deficit heading into the fourth period 49:58. Fileni Jesi did not surrender and kept the intrigue alive till the final buzzer. They got within a striking distance in the dying minutes but Enel Brindisi kept calm and eked out a tough win at the end.
