Sodertalje Kings celebrate third consecutive Basketligan title - Apr 29, 2015

Sodertalje - Uppsala 96-77

Sodertalje fired past Uppsala to claim the Basketligan title. The game was mostly controlled by Sodertalje Kings. Uppsala Basket managed to win fourth quarter 21-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American point guard John Roberson (180-88, college: Texas Tech) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 5 rebounds and 14 assists. Danish guard Darko Jukic (198-90, agency: Two Points) contributed with 23 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Five Sodertalje Kings players scored in double figures. Swingman Axel Nordstrom (193-91) answered with 8 points and 10 rebounds and the former international power forward Brice Massamba (208-88, college: UNLV, agency: Octagon Europe) added 16 points in the effort for Uppsala Basket. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
