Sokol Lancut - Stal Ostrow 63-76

Stal Ostrow defeated Sokol Lancut on the road and clinched 1Liga title. They celebrate 3-1 victory in the championship series. The game was mostly controlled by Stal Ostrow. Sokol Lancut managed to win fourth quarter 25-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Tomasz Ochonko (183-86) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 7 assists and 5 steals and swingman Adrian Mroczek-Truskowski (192-85) who added 17 points during the contest. At the losing side point guard Marcin Plawucki (177-89) responded with 15 points and power forward Rafal Kulikowski (205-85, agency: Promotex) scored 9 points and 9 rebounds. Sokol Lancut's coach Dariusz Kaszowski rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Gornik Trans.eu Walbrzych wins PZKosz Cup. In the Final game they edged SKK Siedlce 91-62. Gornik started the game strong with 28-21 lead in the first quarter and keep increasing the lead till the final whistle. Piotr Niedzwiedzki (210-C-93) with 20 points and 12 rebounds was the best player on the court. He was also named All-tournament MVP. Great season for one of the biggest prospects in Polish basketball as he is getting back to professional basketball after long break. Top scorer of the game was Rafal Niesobski (189-SG-82) with 28 points. Three players: Karol Debski (198-PF-84, agency: Promotex), Lukasz Ratajczak (201-F/C-86, agency: Promotex) and Kamil Michalski (182-PG-87, agency: Promotex) scored 10 points each for SKK Siedlce.
