Ura Basket knocked down HBA-Marsky to claim Division A title. The game was mostly controlled by Ura Basket. HBA-Marsky managed to win fourth quarter 30-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Ura Basket forced 19 HBA-Marsky turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 51.9 percentage. Ura Basket looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by HBA-Marsky's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Brian Moultrie (198-87, college: Armstr.Atlantic) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds and guard Pyry Rainamaa (194-90) who added 13 points, 6 rebounds, 16 assists and 4 steals during the contest. At the losing side forward Mikael Jantunen (203-0) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and Andre Gustavson (192-99) scored 17 points and 4 assists. Four HBA-Marsky players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bisons Loimaa cruised past HNMKY U23 to celebrate Division B trophy. The game without a history. Loimaan Korikonkarit led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to HNMKY U23's 32. They outrebounded HNMKY U23 50-26 including a 40-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Loimaan Korikonkarit players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The winners were led by American guard Brandon Norfleet (196-93, college: Indiana, PA, agency: Inception Sports) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 31 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import forward Josh Caldwell (203, college: William Penn, agency: SDJ Sports) supported him with 19 points and 8 rebounds. Caldwell is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Even 15 points and 5 rebounds by forward Sami Tahvanainen (192-98) did not help to save the game for HNMKY U23. Guard Tuure Takala (185-93) added 11 points and 4 assists for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
