    Fos-Provence - Roanne 76-70

    Fos-Provence toppled Roanne to sweep the playoff Finals and to gain ProA promotion. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Provence Basket looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Chorale de Roanne helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Power forward Pierre Pelos (205-92) orchestrated the victory by scoring 20 points and 8 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Ivorian-American swingman Charles Abouo (196-89, college: BYU) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American-Kenyan forward Robert Nyakundi (203-89, college: SMU) replied with 12 points and 6 rebounds and Clement Cavallo (200-90) added 13 points in the effort for Chorale de Roanne. Four Chorale de Roanne players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

    Denain celebrated the Leaders Cup ProB title. They prevailed against Orleans in the Final. Lance Goulbourne (203-F-89, college: Vanderbilt) produced 23 points to lead the charge.
    Orleans posted a 21:17 lead after the opening frame. Denain slowed their opponents down in the second period. They pulled within 2 points at halftime 35:37. Orleans stayed in front in the third term. They entered the fourth period up by 3 points 57:54. However Denain erased the deficit. They unloaded 25 points in the fourth quarter and snatched the victory at the end. Jay Threatt (180-PG-89, college: Delaware St., agency: KMG Sports Management) netted 19 points, while Barnueta delivered 10 points for the winners. Alexander Abreu (180-PG-91, college: W.Georgia) answered with 18 points for Orleans.
